The bus station is open to the public from 4.30 to 21.15.
Travelers can move inside through the appropriate pedestrian passages, respecting the signs present as well as the indications of the staff of Arriva Italia.
In addition, you can stop in the dedicated indoor area, where there are also monitors with which to check the situation of departures.

  • Do not use the service in case of flu symptoms and / or body temperature equal to or higher than 37.5 ° C.

The bus station desk is open:

  • From Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00
  • Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00

Departure sectors of Piazza Marconi bus station

The bus shelters Arriva di Piazza Marconi, numbered from number 1 to number 11, are divided as follows:

  • Shelters from 1 to 5: departures to the Brembana Valley
  • Shelters 6, 7, 8 and 11: departures to the Imagna Valley
  • Shelters 9 and 10: departures to the Seriana Valley
  • Shelters 6 and 7: departures sea lines (Adriatica and Liguria)

The area reserved for departures to the Seriana Valley, which is located just outside the entrance of the Arriva bus station, also serves as a unloading area for all buses arriving from the three valleys listed above.

Each shelter is accessible by pedestrian areas marked and consists of a pavement with special white pedestrian signs. The canopies are also identifiable by vertical signs that identify the planes of stops.

The boundaries of the platforms and/or pedestrian rest areas are marked by the yellow line drawn on the ground, which passengers must not cross during the waiting periods preceding boarding on board the buses.

Waiting room and Infobus

In addition to the benches in the starting area dedicated to the Brembana Valley, there is an indoor waiting room with special windows that allow the view on the shelters of departure and arrival.

The two monitors, one in the waiting room and one above the Infobus, provide real-time information on scheduled departures and an indication of the relevant shelter.

For the purchase of tickets, for information and for the request of documents or forms you can contact the Infobus staff. For ticket sales, after the office closing time, you can use the automatic ticket office located at the entrance of the bus station.

Inside the bus station there is our door, open every morning from Monday to Saturday. Tickets can be purchased at the bus station bar or via the ticket machine located inside the waiting room. The latter is accessible during the opening hours of the bus station and gives access to both the counter and the bar.
