The refund of the subscription is recognized before the expiration: upon request of the user, using the Subscription Refund Form, to be presented at the company counter in Bergamo in Piazzale Marconi 4 while returning the travel document at the same time:
- for the annual subscription, 90% of the share relating to the whole months following that in which it is returned;
- for the monthly subscription, to the extent of 90% of the fee relating to the whole days following that in which it is returned.
In the case of subscriptions uploaded to the Arriva My Pay app, the refund request can be made via the Contact form by entering in the message the following data: Name and Surname of the subscriber – Email – No. Card – Subscription type – Start and end of subscription validity.
